Do I have to sign a 12-month contract?

No. There is a minimum of one month. After that it is month to month — cancel with 30 days notice.

What is included in the setup fee?

We configure the software for your business: your menu, products, services, users and settings. You do not set up anything yourself.

In most cases yes. We check your hardware during the demo call before you commit to anything.

Your data belongs to you. We export it in a standard format before your account closes.

We are based in London but the software runs online so location is not a barrier.

Typically a few days from payment to going live, depending on how much information you provide.
